Netherlands Trip to Scoutcentrum Buitenzorg in April 2024

3 – 10 April 2024: A wonderful week spent in the Netherlands. Scouts and Explorers from 2nd and 10th Teddington loaded up a coach full of camping equipment and travelled to Baarn. We enjoyed a fabulous week exploring the local area, played wide games and swapped scarves and badges with the local scouts, painted clogs, went on a canal cruise in Amsterdam, climbed the adventure course in Rotterdam, in Utrecht we had fun with a scavenger hut and rode the rollercoasters at De Efteling Theme Park.
An amazing trip with a lovely bunch, we ate well played hard and laughed lots! Not sure we had that much sleep but leaders made the most of the comfortable rests on our coach journeys.
